Morning Stiffness
My morning stiffness is the most severe part of my fibro, on a daily basis, to the point where I avoid going to bed and try to stay up all night and taking naps on the couch throughout the night. Does anyone find that having a certain mattress helps relieve or reduce their morning stiffness?
I find that when I sleep in my chair or bed at an angle it helps with then pain. My chair is a recliner and its super poofy lol I sleep in my bed with enough pillows to set me up a little. That helps, and I take Gabapentin.
Can’t do a thing till I’ve had all my meds, even then it can take me till the next dose before I can get up and about( woke up after 2 hrs sleep today at 8am and was not able to get out of bed to move around till Home 2pm

No, I've tried memory foam which made things worse. I'm now on a sprung mattress with two toppers and I use a V pillow to stop my legs from touching each other and as comfortable as bed is I wake up so stiff that getting out of it takes some time each day.
No not at all spent £200.00 on a mattress n still feels like sleeping on concrete. I sleep in chair most nights.
Does Anyone Have Any Tips To Make Morning Stiffness/ Getting Out Of Bed Easier?
