I was diagnosed just over a year ago and have slowly started sharing with others that I have fibromyalgia, others have said a change in diet can help? What have you cut out?

O eat basically a paleo diet. No sugars, no wheat, no white flour, no white rice etc. If you Google clean earing you will find some good direction.

O drink apple cider vinegar every morning. It cleans the toxins in the body. I stopped eating cold cereal because of the sugar. For some reason i pass out after eating sugar and pastries. Then i hurt worse! I eat a lot of vegetables and fruit. I snack on cottage cheese with mandarine oranges. I eat fiber bars. I love yogurt with granola. It has been a lot of trial and error. Keep trying.😃

My pain management doctor has so far told me to cut out dairy and white foods, and to keep sugars and artificial sweeteners to a minimum. I try real hard to but sometimes fail. I know when i go extended periods of time following the diet i feel better and when i cheat i feel way worse. I cut back caffeine on my own. All i used to drink was coffee all day, now i have two cups in the morning and water the rest of the day. I do occasionally drink herbal teas with ginger and they seem to help
