Opinions On Low Carb Diets

I'm thinking of trying a low carb diet. Does anyone follow a specific diet which helps their condition? I have tried gluten free and was vegetarian for several years. Any diet suggestions would be helpful.

I think low carb really helps. I still eat complex carbs but not the ones that quickly dump sugar into your system. Whole grains process much slower & don't do the damage regular carbs do. At least this is what I found, it's great for keeping your weight down too.

I went low car. South Beach. Lost a lot of weight. Stomach felt great, but the Rheumatoid kicked in good. I think it may have been the protein.

I have just been advised to go gluten free, wheat free, dairy free for various issues but he says it will definitely help my fibro as well. It is a tough go but getting there gradually. Best of luck.
