Yes, it took them several years to figure out I had it to the point that cysts were popping and had adhered to my organs. I had a 12 hour surgery and full hysterectomy and two years to recover.

I also had neck surgery, it was a amazing thing to have less pain after surgery then before surgery!

Hey again. I just read your story and i also had a neck injury. I had 2 neck fusions in 4 years. I had herniated discs and the pain was unbearable. After steroid injections did not help. Surgery was scheduled. I woke up and instantly could hold my head up again and the pain was gone. 4 years later i had another disc herniate so they removed the first plate and fused 4 vertabre togwther. Another wonderful result. That was in 2004 and so far so good. If you have herniated discs, i would strongly suggest surgery. If you do make sure a neurologist not an ortho does it. I hope you feel better. Have a good weekend.

Yes. I had endometriosis. I was diagnosed at 19 years old. I had a laproscopy to burn the endometrious on the outside of my uterus. Then i was on birth control pills without taking the sugar pills so i did not have a period. Then on depo shot. Finally at 35 i had a hysrerectomy. It was better than staying on birth control since i smoke. I was dangerous to smoke and take bc after35. I dealt with enough pain from that on top of fibro. I was diagnosed at 24 but had it since 21. I hope you are taking something for the endo cause it is very painful. If not, ask your doctor about birth control where you dont have a period. It stops you from having pain. Good luck and if you have anymore questions, i am here. Hugs
