Like today I had an appointment scheduled for 2, i try to schedule my appointments for later in the day cause I have so much trouble getting ready for them. I had woken up at about 9and i took my dog out for a nice long walk. I came back inside and I started to get ready, then all of a sudden I became so weak I couldn't hardly move. This happens a lot. Shower - rest; get dressed - rest, etc., etc. I stare at the stairs in front of me and wonder if I can climb them .... I sit at the wheel of my car and wonder if I am safe to drive home ... Some days are just like that, and it sucks, and I wish it could be easier for all of us.

On so many occasions without warning this happens often. My allergies and asthma have been fierce I feel like givi g up some days so frustrated in how to handle a bulk load of symptoms and when you feel lifeless it's really hard to battle

I have the same thing happen to me.i take a shower and have to lay down cause I'm so weak after, I cant go to the gro with out broken out in a sweat, its like some one puts a water hose over me,so inbarres

When in high pain shopping im lucky if i can actually lift a 2L of pop/soda into the cart mever mind carry it without a cart. 5kg (10 lbs) of potates is normally a no go regardless anymore.

Yes. It is chronic fatigue.There have been plenty of times that I have to leave my groceries in the store I just go to the car and lie now barely making it home. My chronic fatigue is very bad.
