When we have the bad heat in Victoria. I have trouble sleeping, I am not hungry, nothing I drink seems to help me out. I have trouble concentrating on what I am doing where m I going. I have lots of aches and pain. The top of my head hurts. My eyes are so sore and dry. I keep putting in more eye-drops and washing my face with water, it helps a bit but not much.
