Ive had what i thought was plantar fasciitis in borh heels for years. Very painful. Tried all the regular treatments including cortisone shots (which were very painful and did not help). Now my podiatrist thinks it is tight achilles. Either way the most helpful for me has been stretching (both my entire legs and foot stretches) and custom orthotics that i wouldnt be without have helped the most. Good luck!

I find i am prone to overuse injuries like tendonitis/tenis elbow/golfers elbow/etc. so i think they do go hand in hand.

I have tendonoitis and nerve damage in both hands with arthritis but i dont know if its connected as i have worked my full life with hand and power tools.

fibro works in mysterious ways i’m afraid,
because of the myofascial connective tissue goes from head to toes the pain could be anywhere, and i mean anywhere!!!! lol

I get pain in my muscles but also in joints. It is deep and when I massage it seems like tendon pain. From what I have read it is a common symptom of Fibro.
