Cryotherapy: Has Anyone That Tried That Really Seen Permanent Results, Something More Than A Couple Of Hours Of Relief?
A friend of mine suggested it. I first thought it was a stupid idea as I just turn purple (Raynards) , stiff and my pain goes to the roof on cold days. But I saw some people sauing it was good for a couple of hours, what for me is not a sign of something working. For example, one acupuncture session can really bring my pain down for many days or even weeks - depending on the weather.
I have acupuncture every couple of months it helps for a while but they only concentrate on certain parts at one time , so some of my of body but the other parts are still bad
It made me hungry🍔
Nope, only a couple hours relief maximum. I tried several times. Not worth the time or expense for me. Or the freezing!!
I did it only once, and it did provide relief for a couple hours, but I personally felt that the pain was worse when it initially returned. By the next day I was simply back at normal pain levels.
The studies on it indicate that it's something you have to do regularly to benefit from in the long run, but I haven't gotten a recommendation on how many sessions you'd need to start having long-term effects.
