I have found the LOVECBD balm has significantly reduced my itching to the point it is no more than a minor irritation having suffered for years with the scars to prove it, and the only relief being ice packs

If you are on meds, can be a side effect. eliminate all scented products and soaps for a while... I have had bouts of itching , no rhyme or reason...other that dry skin, I thought. I live in a cold climate. My issue is hot hands and feet that wake me up at night, I have to slather myself in cold oils or creams. maybe helps me not be so itchy? Also perhaps its as simple as dry skin, get some good lotions, specifically for itchy skin, this can help too. Itchy skin is super frustrating! hope you can resolve it!

Fibromyalgia can affect adults of any age or gender. Symptoms of fibromyalgia vary from person to person, and your treatment plan may change several times as the condition progresses. Common symptoms include:

constant muscle pain
weakness
fatigue
unexplained pain that travels throughout your body
Some people may also experience pruritus, or severe itching, as a symptom of fibromyalgia.

I wish I knew an answer to itchy skin apart from lotion. It drives me crazy at times (and my husband is sort of freaked out by it!)

The itching starts when I try to sleep, the only relief is menthol products held work best for me! The only problem is that I am not able to get in on my back myself and that's the most itchy part, that was my 1st Fibromyalgia sign unbearable itchy back after liver failure!!! @A MyFibroTeam Member Itchiness can be more horrible then pain! Ewwww...and indeed if you use tramadol or morphine that can cause itching as well, I hope you have someone that can scratch your back gently, Good Luck ✌💕
