I am a military spouse and where we are stationed at there are no fibro soecialist. What can i say to tell my PCM to help? I see a pain specialist but i receive cymbalta and Neurotin and wellbutrin from him. Is this enough? Is this how my life will be?
Explain to your dr how your symptoms impact your daily life and quality of life.
Ask for a referral to a rheumatologist and neurologist and request the appointment be done via phone or via Skype
Water aerobics helps also. You need to keep moving and water is gentle on your body
