The only thing that has helped me is using the tens unit and getting injections from a pain control doctor. I am scheduled for an ultrasonic lumbar disc decompression because my butt and the side of my leg on my right side are driving me crazy. My surgery after waiting for eight months is on June 8th. I hope you find what helps you best because the sciatic nerve pain is no joking matter. I will be keeping you in my prayers for relief. Make sure you get a doctor with a good reputation who also really cares about you. I am very picky about mine. He is great.
