I have the vionic sandals and they are the greatest, Going to have to get me some more vionic shoes for the winter months. They really do help your feet.

My podiatrist told me to wear othotic shoes and recommended Vionic in particular. I used to go barefoot at home all the time and he told me never to do that again and to not even wear the regular houseslippers so I bought some vionic sandals on Amazon Prime for around $50 and Vionic houseslippers on Amazon for around the same price and it's the best thing I ever did for my feet. It's made a world of difference and they rarely hurt now but I did do barefoot a few days at home and they started hurting again so I went back to the vionic houselippers and they're no longer hurting.

@A MyFibroTeam Member The best prices for them are on Amazon Prime. I have a pair that I bought on QVC and paid $90 for and they are finally worn out. The same pair is at a local department store for $90 but they're on Amazon Prime for $60. The 2 pairs I bought were cheaper on Amazon too.

My massage therapist has me roll a tennis ball under my feet for a few minutes. They always feel better afterward.

Check this out. I had this and let it go too long before going to a podiatrist and then it became bursitis and neuritis on top of the other. It's extremely painful and I read that people with fibro are prone to it.
