Legs That Don't Listen??!!

A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭
Dunstable, UK

Hi, Sometimes when I get up to walk somewhere my legs seem to 'dance' the opposite way to what I want to go. It can be quite embarrassing when I'm in public. I'm not too bad at home as I'm used to the layout of my home. I find this can happen mainly when I've been sitting for a period of time. Ie- half an hour ish. Does anyone else have 'dancing legs'??. My 2 daughters and hubby think that its quite funny so I end up laughing with them. Just to take the embarrassment away. Gentle hugs to all. xx

I do the same. I will stumble sideways or backwards. When this happens in public and people look at me strange or jumps to try and help me not fall ill just announce “its my happy dance” and just laugh it off. After all how do you explain
