No Hunger Or Full Feeling

I don't take medication so it's not the cause of both. I find I could go at least 24 hours or more without feeling hungry, only thing I get is thirsty.

The only reason I force myself to eat is if I don't I get a migraine and nausea. I could eat a lot, but I always limit my intake so if I have a pizza or sub I always eat 3/4 of it by habit. I do get tired of eating also sometimes like tonight I skipped supper.

I use Zymil milk. It's lactose free and doesn't make you bloat. I buy it in the supermarket. I also use Liddels cheese. It's lactose free too

Fibromyalgia and appetite
Research has found that people with fibromyalgia have abnormally low levels of the hormones serotonin, noradrenaline and dopamine in their brains. Low levels of these hormones may be a key factor in the cause of fibromyalgia, as they're important in regulating things such as: mood. appetite.

I'm guessing if we are low in serotonin hormone levels then that's why our appetites are also low.

Hi, There are different tests for diabetes, and tests might come up uncertain, especially if you did not eat a lot during the past 3 months. A full blood test delivers the best results, but can also come up clear.

Maybe you could try Vitamin B complex and cut out gluten completely out of your diet. It is all trial and error.

Do you get neuropathic pain, thirst - especially at night time as well as pins and needles or hands/feet etc "sleeping"? If so I would recommend a re-test for diabetes (not the prick the finger kind)

Most shops sell almond milk, rice milk, or lactose free milks nowadays.

If anyone has Fibro, please cut our sugar and wheat/gluten completely. This helps with the inflammation and puts it to sleep.
