Joint’s Jerking On Their Own? Fibro Related?
My joints will jerk for no reason. I’ll be laying down and my shoulder will jut forward. I’ll be sitting down and my knee will pop sideways. I’ll be holding my phone and my wrist will pop forward and I’ll drop my phone. I’m wondering if anyone else has joints that jerk for no reason, sometimes painfully, and sometimes causes a scene. These jerks aren’t huge but just enough it’s noticeable. Is this Fibro related or something else I should get checked out?
I know with me my muscles seem to be in "fight or flight"mode all the time.That is the only way to describe it.Right?
I know for me I can't work out anymore so my muscles have weakened so much that it is sometimes painful holding a glass or some days even my phone feels like it weighs 10 lbs.I find myself unconsciously gripping things instead of holding it normally.Like my steering wheel.Idk if it's because of the constant pain I am in or what.
I think this is nerve related as I get this too ,more so during g a flare up x
Not my joints, but my muscles tend to suddenly move on their own and can feel it.
Different parts of my body herk, mostly when im rekaxing in bed one of the wonderful sytoms we find ourselves havibg to go through daikey xx
