Yes, I have but you have to do the work (head/neck exercises) DAILY especially in the morning when you wake up. They can be done while lying in bed on your pillow. If not done DAILY, it won't be effective. Taught to me by a head specialist. Got rid of my fibro fog/brain fog also vertigo. Had helped those that do them DAILY. Easy and light exercises. I've listed them on this site.
See those 3 straight grey lines on to right. Click, then go to Q&A. Click. Type in exercises in search. Scroll a bit way down since I have posted it since last year. Scroll down till you see LisaCabrey ask me about the exercises @ SiuViv. First part are head/neck exercises to get rid of the fibro fog. Remember they have to be done DAILY! Then the rest are to get rid of the stiffness you feel when you wake up. This helps improve the blood circulation all over your body.
You can do them then whenever you feel stiffness
anytime during the day.
Any questions, feel free to leave me a message @ my profile name. Good luck.

All the things that anyone should be doing, but especially us with fibro! Sleep- lots of it and good quality. Esting well (for me, lower carb and all nutrient dense, Whole Foods with little to no sugar, dairy or gluten works best) , relaxation time, exercise daily. My brain fog was horrible but since I have made sure to do all of these things I am doing much better and rarely get it!
