Hello Everyone, Has Anyone Found Anything That Might Help With Fatigue?
Yerba mate, coffee, tea if you can do the caffeine. Lots of supplements to try too like Shelley mentioned with the b vitamins and the exercises and eating healthy.
If it's possible getting enough sleep and waking up and getting the light from the sun rise in your eyes helps to keep the circadian rhythm in check.
My go to is the healthy food and caffeine. Exercise can be hit or miss depending how hard I'm pushing myself.
Nothing helps so far but i feel a little better when i take walks and eat less sugar. Hugs and prayers to you
I take vitamin B complex, vitamin D3 with K2, magnesium, collagen, calcium and a few others. I get moving. Eat healthy! Everyone is different but for now itβs helping.
Magnesium Malate and Penta water helps. Vitamin d levels and iron checked by doctor
My doctor (endocrinologist) checked my Vitamin D levels (was 28), which were in the normal range, between 20 and 40 nanograms per milliliter (ng/mL) according to her . However because of my bone density values she wanted to see higher levels, closer to 40, that is why she recommended me to take Vitamin D3. Apparently Vitamin D helps the body absorb calcium and phosphorus from the food we eat. After taking it for a few day, I noticed I felt more energetic. My Vitamin D levels will be checked in 6 months, excited to see the values.
