CBD Oil
Those of you using cbd, how long did you use it before you noticed a difference in your symptoms? And do you recommend a certain kind? Thanks. I bought one yesterday.
I noticed right away the difference. I started it 2 weeks ago now, and it has helped me big time. The hardest part I found was finding out the right doses. I started with 4 drops in the morning and 4 at night.
Before taking it I was taking 3 tyonal 3 a day, 2 tyonal pm at night, and most days I had to use a cane to walk on a good day, and on a bad day not ablr to get out if bed.
Now I am able to get out of bed in the morning, do my house work myself, am able to do some gental yoga, and havent taken the pain pills since.
I find CBD the most useful out of anything. Make sure its pure and not hemp and without the THC in it.
Hemp is ALL CBD (no THC hallucinogen) and CBD is the ingredient that helps with pain. After much research and exploration, I settled on Craft Coffee by Strava (online) decaf coffee. The CBD is infused into the coffee beans. After drinking a cup, in about 20 minutes my pain level has 'eased off' considerably. I like the decaf (they also have caffeinated) because I can drink it any time (hot or cold) and it doesn't interfere with sleep. It's the most cost effective thing I've found and it actually tastes good. I tried sublingual drops and they tasted awful and I couldn't get that nasty taste out of my mouth. They also sucked out all my (limited) energy. In the morning, I add a scoop of regular coffee to the mix and it's all I need to balance my energy.
I did not notice any difference trying multiple kinds and brands of CBD and considered it a total waste of money.
i can't afford at the moment but i have used in the past, i noticed a difference right away too, could walk up stairs like a normal person, less headaches especially migraine.
