Does Anyone Else Have Terrible Neck Pain That Turns Into Headache?

YES! I have degenerative arthritis with spurs. I receive periodic cervical epidural steroid injections and next one is on 4/23. EVERY DAY I have the neck pain that causes a headache. I can totally relate to your pain and suffering. I hope you are getting some kind of treatment to help relieve the pain.

Yes!! Lately it's been worse!

Here are a few reasons I believe are the cause:

1. TMJ
2. Herniated Discs
3. Poor posture
4. Sinus problems
5. Holding my breath when I'm upset

Yes if my neck is bard I have a terrible headache that lasts about 3 days then eases off slowly, if it’s to bad I end up in bed Because I’m in such pain I don’t know what to do with myself, I take ibuprofen every couple of hours and I also use heat to ease it . Big hugs to you hope your feeling well today .

I have neck pain leads to headaches
I have had a fusion of my 5,6,7 so I think I have the same issue has before, my disk were compressed and bulging and I had no fluid running thru there
See a nurologist get a mri done
