Hi guys, hope all is going well. I have just come back from a weekend retreat at a local retreat center. Always nice to spend some time there.
I went for cortisone shots into my neck and back last week Thursday because I was so sore but I forgot what recovery is like. I have had a pounding headache for the last 4 days. The only thing that relieves it is Ice at the base of the skull where he also did shots.

Has anyone else had something similar? I am so over this now...

Trigger point injections were helpful for pain in my neck & shoulders but they were only effective for about a week & a half.

Trigger points have never helped me either try epidural with an experienced doc
