Does Anyone Ride Horses, Therapeutically Or Otherwise?
I was raised riding horses in the backcountry. Now it’s very hard to get out in general, let alone load, groom, and tack my horse. BUT, once I’m riding, and especially through rugged terrain, it’s as if my fibromyalgia doesn’t exist. As long as my horse is moving I feel NORMAL! This is why I won’t give it up even though I have this illness. But go for it sister and enjoy! Whatever can help us feel better, even if for a short while, do it. We all need that!

I use to ride and totally agree you forget that you have fibro.....
When I do things that I love I tend to block the pain! Go for it! Anything that naturally mskes life better is great!!! Water is my place of comfort.
I’ve only heard about it. I knew they used it with kids as they had a place that did it where I used to live.
