Have you ever looked up or discussed with your doctor about SIBO - Small Intestinal Bacterial Overgrowth.
Long term use of antibiotics can also cause this. Would be worth getting tested.

I have not. But I will say I do have intestinal problems, but we (my family) have always said we had my mom’s stomach. It probably isn’t a bad idea to check into it.
