Is It Just Me, Or, Has Anyone Ever Reached A Point In Time That You Just Don’t Care???
I finally gave in and took antidepressants and I feel much better. During that check-up, I found out I have diabetes and high blood pressure. So many things for me made me feel not well.
hoping that you have talked to your doctor or the crisis line.
They are there to make you feel better. They will help you out.
the gif looks a lot like scenes on Vancouver Island where I live. Something about nature that is very relaxing.
@A MyFibroTeam Member ... do you have plans to go back to that therapist? He sounds like someone I'd never want to have an appointment with.
Stacey, your husband exascerbates everything. I think we all get on that road to no return at different times in our lives. Before I was on tramadol, nothing worked and I spent all my time in bed crying. Nothing helped and I hurt everywhere and all the time. Living in stress also helps make it worse. I do guided meditations for pain and that helps. I think once you were to get out of the difficult living conditions you are in, you would be able to relax some and get the help you need.
Every once in a while, I get that way too. Then I manage to crawl out of it. I take medication for depression as well, and it helps!!
Stacey, the longer you put up with this, the more you are telling him its okay. If you want a chance at a real life, you need to make some decisions and get the help you need.
