I use the CBD roll on ointment for pain. Have also used CBD capsules for pain and I find they help better then anything else I take. Only problem is the cost of either.

I use the CBD ointment sparling to make it last longer.

I know there are now edibles in CBD format and will be checking them out also and their cost.

I've just started to use it and it works much better than anything else. I use the edibles because I can't smoke it and breathe. My favorite is a balm in stick form. I can rub it on the area that hurts and the balm takes the pain away, I can also use it on the days I have to drive because there is no impairment with the balm.

I use the vape becuz you can just hold it in ur mouth instead of inhaling to ur lungs. It has not helped me with pain but helps alot with focus and energy!! Take caution though becuz the sativas can give users anxiety and paranoia. I got some balms from a healer in Maine that were better than the ones at the dispensary and less money. Ask at the dispensary which ones their patients prefer. They don't seem to work on hips or deep pain for me, but are very effective on hands, knees, and feet. I have also used indicas (vape, flower and gummies) to relax, and that has been great!!!! I hope this info helps everyone. Know that everyone is different and procede with caution. To save a little money you can buy tincture (and look at how many drops in a dose and get the most concentrated, you may have to shop around) and put it in coco butter or grape seed oil. Doing that you will basically be doing the same thing as what the dispensary is doing and you can customize it on a daily basis. You can also add CBD tincture in there too! There is no denying the antiinflammatory benefits of CBD but THC has the similar benefits. So topically mixing them, it's a win-win with no munchies and not getting you stoned. BTW tinctures are usually intended to be oral and under the tongue.
