Mattresses!
Does anyone with both tender points and thoracic curvature like adjustable beds and also what type of mattress provides best pressure relief. Thanks.
Layla is what we have, with adjustable bases. I like a soft bed. This matress is soft on one side, firm on the other. Its what they call a hybrid, so has springs and different foam layers. Really like it.
Have you thought about shoe inserts? So I’ve started two new things that have really helped my
leg and hip pain. I was fitted with shoe inserts by a podiatrist and I started a stretch membership at StretchZone.
Like many I’ve done the massage therapy for years. But the stretch zone has really helped me expand my range of motion. They stretch you. And each time it’s a little more if you want or you can stay where you’re comfortable.
A lot of people when I was looking recommended a sleep number. We hated it. It did not last at all and still hit all the points. Such a waste of money. I like my nectar mattress so much more. Its about what you prefer. We like softer. The nectar is more firm to start then gets softer as it wears in. I ordered these amazing overstuffed pillows off amazon and I have been sleeping a lot better, my husband too.
Thank you!
We have a Nectar. Its got 20 year warranty if you believe that. Sometimes i wish it were firmer
