I smell phantom smells and my nose is extremely sensitive to all smells. I often smell things that others do not. Most of the time I can find the smell but sometimes it's just a phantom 🤷🏽‍♀️

No it is not common , but it is called Phantasm. I started getting these smells ( cigarettes) and when I researched it they are finding that more fibro patients are experiencing phantom smells. Some say they can go away, but more research is needed

The cigarette smell has been going on the last year for me. In the last 2 weeks the smell has been making it very hard to breathe, along with chills, and intense pain. My bf made me aware that when I begin smelling them my symptoms are about to get worse. It’s been every night and today during the day and I fell asleep.

yep.. after all the research I have done, sounds like it is related to Fibro

That’s weird, I smell cigarettes too, and there are none around. I was starting to think my house was haunted or something. What’s about sounds, in the same sense. No one else heard it but it was plain as day to me.
