Just Google back exercises, or whichever parts are hurting, because you can do most treatments not involving medications yourself. I do. Keep getting support from anyone online or off who will show compassion for the situation you are going through. I am praying that you learn about Jesus Christ's love for you. He never abandons us and He loves us more than anyone ever can. I am not trying to convert you to any religion because I have respect for the beliefs of others. I just wanted to share what I believe in. A God who is alive and well, who sent His Son Jesus to be born a human, only to be tortured beyond recognition,insulted, abused, spit on, stabbed, stripped of clothes, and why? Because He was the only perfect human to walk on this earth as a sacrificial lamb of God to die for the punishment of sins that all other humans deserved. He went to hell for three days and then rose again and conquered death. He promises to forgive us all our sins if we turn to Him and ask our forgiveness and will also let us be part of His family to live eternally in heaven. It is a free gift that we only need to accept. Satan the evil one tries to deceive people and he causes confusion amongst us. If you accept Jesus, you will have the power to get through all your trials because God takes care of them for us one day at a time. He only asks for us to trust Him. I am praying for your pain and suffering and I am hoping that you find ways to make yourself feel better. Draw on God's strength because without Him I know I could not do it alone. He wants us to trust Him in everything. Believe and you will receive. I care about you no matter what though. I hope you feel better soon.

Glad to know you are consodering treayment in India. I am from India and we do have a variety of conplementary treatments like ayurveda, accupressure, accupuncture, homeopathy, naturopathy, and more! However the outcome of these treatments depends a lot on the practitioner. Imp to find a good reliable one. I have heard from others here of benefits partially or temporarily or being able to manage synptoms better. No treatment has been known yet for 100% solution. Amongst all ayurveda here, kerala ayurveda is best.
