Waking In The Morning And Feel Like You’ve Had A Workout?

Do any of you wake up and ache all over feel like you have had a workout.
Also hands hurt and can’t grip very well, body hurts to touch.
Does anyone have low platelets too

When I wake up in the night because i don’t sleep well or it’s time to get up I am like you . Like I have run a marathon and my muscles hurt so much I can’t move . I give myself half an hour to get up and 45 min to relax over breakfast .. it’s the aching and the pain in my legs and hips

I'm 100per cent with you all I'm aching like I've run hands stiff carnt move wrists.exhausted.my bones feel heavy and ache.when I get my anemia sorted never had it before will try different meds.i also dropped my coffee this morning all over did it another time fell.had stitches in my chin

I have low platelet count, and yeah I have couple times a week I’m dropping my coffee cup ( thank god it’s empty). I love gummies too I use the indica kind

Yes! Use a heating pad and marijuana helps (gummies with thc)

Yes I feel like this every morn. . I have RA also which if your hands and feet hurt you should get checked asap as it affects your heart lungs eyes etc
