Mine was so bad that my lower spine was operated on. So yes I do and did! It’s so much better but my upper spine and neck is now troublesome!

Yes I do, sometimes it can be that bad that I can’t walk at all. Think a lot of it is the ddd and have learnt over the years to try and keep mobile.
