I do. It was very painful at the beginning but after 2 or 3 sessions was like a miracle.

I’ve had acupuncture 3 times and cupping once , unfortunately neither has help me yet .

I found that regular wet cupping (or as finance allows) does help a bit. It's excruciatingly painful if you have a flare ....but weight the benefits up for your needs.

I do massage and cupping they definitely help with tension release. I find it helpful

I did cupping and acupuncture . Unfortunately neither worked for me 😕😕😕😕 But then again it's different for everyone.Good luck .
