Yes I tried it. I found it does nothing for fatigue. It can help with insomnia. But I started getting too much of a hangover with it.

If you take prescriptions from doctors then you need to check before taking this product. I find it to be very good for stressful situations as it calms me down. I take it in a formula that has other things in it besides ashwaganda. It is called Zenadapt.
