I work full time admin role from home but still finding it difficult

It was very difficult, but I retired at, 66 1/2.
I made my life small to do it...work, eat, sleep.......repeat. Lol. 😅

Yes, repeat. My life has become like that. If I do go out more than 3 times a week, it seems I get a flare.

I had to apply for a Disability pension. My issues with Fibromyalgia and other illnesses mean that I am not able to plan anything with 100% surety.
