Yes, I am dealing with that right now. I also have tendonitis in both elbows and neck pain. I wasn't sure if the upper arm pain was fibro or radiating from elbows or neck.

I am currently hurting. Rotator cuff area that radiates down arm. Can make me nauseous. Getting massage and stretching. So frustrating.

Yes, I have upper arm pain to regularly. Massage, warm bath, exercise helps. Sometimes they also feel heavy.

Hi Jill, it started in my left arm and the last couple of days my right arm has been acting up, more so than my left arm. I looked up the gel you mentioned and found it on Amazon. I will give it a try. Thank you!
