Are There Patterns For The Tremors?

A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question πŸ’
Tampa, FL

For me personally, I know that stress, sugar level, and other things can influence pain and/or the tremors. I am curious what other patterns or trends people notice for tremors asides from misding medication or pushing our bodies too far. I know. I recently have needed to ice a strained area of my body, and that may have triggered tremors now. I am just curious, because I don’t know if these tremors are just random some days like the pain or if there is usually a reason.

I have noticed the tremors happen with pressure systems, touch, stress and pain. I have also noticed they can be an indicator of something else more serious going on within my body that has not yet been diagnosed. This has happened more than once.
