It Stopped My Headaches

A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭
Ammanford, UK

Iv had the daith piercing for nearly a year and my headaches/migraines have stopped completely but my fibro is still the same as before.. I don’t take any medication for my fibro as it was making me worse, no harm in trying the daith. What may work for some doesn’t for others..

Is Anyone Using DHEA To Help Alleviate Symptoms?

A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭
Waxhaw, NC

I read that DHEA can help lesson pain. Has anyone else tried this and if so is it working? I already take mega doses of Vit D, Vit B, Q10 and Magnesium and also wear a magnetic bracelet! Will try anything other than the usual fibro "meds" at this point.

Has Anyone Tried Marijuana For Pain/sleep? And Not The Medical Kind...

A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭
Waxhaw, NC

Just wondering if anyone has tried marijuana to help with the pain and to help them sleep at night. I'm not talking about the medical kind! I have NEVER used recreational drugs but I am willing to try a few puffs of a joint to see if it helps. Any input? NO judgement please!

The medical kind is no different than homegrown if you have somebody who can control the strain. Or are you wondering if people are willing to risk an "illegal" activity to partake?

How Do You Find The Motivation To Get Up And Tidy Everyday?

A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭
Cleethorpes, UK

And cook again. And look after two energetic dogs. Break my back over the laundry shovelling things in and out and reaching up and down. I am just repeating history everyday with… read more
