Hi , I Have Recently Developed A Dull Pain In My Left Shoulder Radiating Up My Neck . I Also Have Pins And Needles In The Left Of My Face .

It sounds like it could potentially be a compressed or pinched nerve. Personally I say, always run symptoms like this past your doctor and note any changes!
