I don't take pharmaceuticals either. I depend upon topicals such as biofreeze and for my knees icy Hot roller. Question to Lynn what is 5 HPT?

It's a supplement, I don't have side effects from it. 5 hydroysomething.orother. I can no longer write, so can't give you the actual name . It just says 5HTP on the bottle. It's often recommended for fibromyalgia in particular.

Magnesium bisglysinate helps strengthen muscles. Ashwagandha helps with depression I take both and 5HTP at bedtime to promote good sleep. 50mg CBD capsules for pain and anxiety. I don't use pharmaceuticals for fibromyalgia.
