I am not sure if this is just a male issue. Some days (not often) when I am in extreme pain in the morning, the polarity between pain switches to arousal mainly with my prostate I believe. Its not often, but it happens. The extreme pain flips to that prostate arousal sensation. I either have to wait it out miserably or deal with it. FYI, I have post orgasmic illness.
