I do have this and my eye doctor stated it is a combination of dry eye from Lupus SLE, Sjorgrens, and Thyroid Eye Disease. I think having and autoimmune disease affects the eyes and makes them dry and gritty which in turn makes my eyes ache and very tired. I keep a bottle of eye drops with me all the time to try to alleviate the grittiness and the dryness. Hugs and prayers. God bless.

Yes, eye drops as stated above and turning down the brightness on all my electronics helped as well.
