Hi Lesley, It was raining here....drat!!! I'm originally from up north. The Northern lights were a common occurrence. I just took them for granted. But still remember many a party under those beautiful lights! Or as I would call it, stupid people doing stupid things!!!!

This phenomenon was discussed at length at happy hour yesterday afternoon. We lived in northern British Columbia for 14 years and never saw it. Those from Eastern Canada saw it regularly.
