I get blood test every 3 months and over the years my thyroid hormones fluctuated. It took about 5 years after being diagnosed of Fibromyalgia that I was finally diagnosed with hypothydirism and given Levothyroxine for maintenance

Oh I see well I went doc earlier and they said they could see swelling in my neck not bad just lil bit I'm getting blood test and scan . But she was a brilliant doc even said when she felt my spine I got pain in my lower back even though she was pressing my neck .she said that is a pressure point that's fibro . She said though this swelling in neck is not enlarged throid cause she said if it was I would be in a lot of pain when she touched it . But she still giving me scan xx

A few year a had a brief bout of hyperthyroidism, but it went away after a few months. Apparently an episode like that is common in children of parents with a thyroid disorder, and my mom has hypothyroidism.

I have a nodule on my thyroid that keeps getting larger. Just being watched as of now, blood panel is normal.
