Anyone Have Involuntary Movements In Their Wrist?

A MyFibroTeam Member asked a question 💭
Taft, CA

My left wrist starts flopping around when I'm lying flat or sitting. When I notice it, I can stop it temporarily if I really concentrate, but it goes back to the same motion afterward.

I get involuntary movement yes. Often in my hands but sometimes legs and whole body. It tends to happen quickly and once then stops. A bit like a shock or jerking sensation.

I’ve come to deal with similar sensations when I have a lot of big dog grooms at work. For me, it’s like my tendons are spasming. Is it painful for you or just involuntary movement completely?
