I’ve had hemorrhoids once in a while years ago when I worked construction probably from just lifting to much weight and I use to walk around huge commercial jobs sites with like 30 lbs of weight from tool belt . Hemorrhoid cream did help with that . I’ve not had hemorrhoids in years
