If fibromyalgia has caused you to experience pain and stiffness in your neck and shoulders, you may also have frequent headaches. These can vary from being mild headaches to severe migraines, and could also involve other symptoms, such as feeling sick.

Yes!! My neurologist is now giving me botox due to the amount of migraines I get in a month. I also take a preventive and an emergency med for onset migraines.

Migraines seem to be pretty typical with many on this website so I'm guessing it's a more common symptom

Yes, Chronic migraine with daily persistent headache. Migraines run anywhere from 10-20 per month.
