I had it last year, it was rank. I did lots of stretches and massages and it seems to have gone away fingers 🤞

My heels are painfull too, Trevor u need to walk being inactive brings it on, get out of bed & walk it will help ur all over body pain

Yes I have planters faciitis my heals burn and feel like electricity I can stand bare foot on hard surfaces for long anymore

Mine is bad too always feels tight constantly stretching, I bought tennis shoes specifically for it and it helped when I'm walking, but night is horrible I just got feet detox patches they helped a lot you wear them at night ....hope this helped
