I've tried and it didn't work for me. Just a brief relief and some days later it's all back again as usual.

I’ve gotten epidural injections in the back of my neck and did not get relief. Some people say they have gotten relief from them, everybody is different.

I did do but they wanted me to do a 5 x a week for 3 week course. I wouldn't have managed it as it was so far and I am not physically able. If they had offered alternative therapies I would have had some but the NHS in UK 🇬🇧 don't offer that anymore. I was offered a short day course which I did which taught me about pacing and gentle exercises and asking for help. Other than that.. That was it. Have you been offered it?

Google. Self management programs in your area. In bc there is a free self management program. It is online , Zoom or in person workshops.
