I have been trying an incontinence program I saw on the side of Facebook and it is working. It is all about retraining your bladder. It has helped a lot. Yesterday did not have to use one pull up and that is a first. I am so happy with this. Anyone interested let me know and will give you directions. hugs Evelyn

Lynnecarol for incontinence they say choose a time that you would pee 2hrs 2 1/2 hrs or 3hrs so say you start at 8am then you would go at 10:30am then100pm and you go then and so on. If you do this every day your bladder will be saying it is pee time and will get used to that time also as soon as you get first sign you have to go you do so right away or it is to late. I have been doing this for 2wks or so and the last two days I have used one pull up per day and only change because I had it on all day and not that it is wet. I am so pleased with my results and when you think of it it is just retraining your brain as well. I feel good about this and hope it continues on and I think it will. Went to dentist oh no I have to go but managed to wait till dentist and hygenist were done then went and no accident. Good luck let me know how you make out? hugs Evelyn
