Yes, I thought it was because of the certain foods that I have been eating, very embarrassing sometimes and can be very uncomfortable. Guess I am not the only one.
I have to sleep sitting up because of acid reflux flows up into my throat so sleepingis alwaysdifficult. If you have extreme pressure and gas, get check for SIBO.
I got up finally and took my pain meds and weñt to sleep finally but I seen the sun before I went to sleep. I got up around 1:18.
