Yes same hot warm water definitely is a temporary relief for me . I want a cure not temporary relief. I also have pains in most my tendons and ligaments. Neck pains back pains . I feel sick faint dizzy fatigue and weak . I’m screwed up something is seriously wrong with me . 🤷🏻‍♂️😩 I wish you well

Yes! And they go numb 🥺 I take really hot baths and it sometimes brings my fingers and toes back to life 🙃

Yep, Trevor, I get hard cramps in my toes!!! I stop them with Theraworkx - from the drug store!!! 😂

I do but its hard to explain so do my arms, legs and feet but they think I have Parkinson Disease. My head tilts back strange for hours, arms etc....
