Literally feel like I’m about to faint when it’s hot 🙃

OMG YES!!! When we go to aquatic Therapy, our nervous system always gets such a shock because it's almost always in a state of dysregulation. The heat always has and does make it worse. So. Much. Worse. It basically cripples our any mobility we already have. And we are in new Jersey! Imagine if we were in Florida despite all the anti-trans legislation!

I am the opposite. I thrive in the heat and the cold cripples me. I wonder if it follows your bodies natural temperature preference? I am cold natured and strive to be warm enough. Maybe you are naturally warm natured and seek to be cooled off?

I’m always feeling warm even when the weather isn’t it comes and goes

That thought never crossed my mind. It very well could be my body’s natural temperature. Thank you for your input.
